[Improvement] Short disclaimer about what kind of data people can query for, so they don't think the app is broken

There's a lot of data we want to integrate. But for now, it's mostly limited to queries about race, age, gender, population, and crime of zip codes/cities/counties/states. We should add a disclaimer note somewhere on the front end so people don't think the app is broken.

But we also want a way to get signal on what data users want to query for. We should have an input form for them to submit queries they would like to execute.
