ImageMonkey is an image validation service rather than a public dataset. It goes away from the basic aim of this project (as in https://github.com/awesomedata/apd-core/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#on-awesomedata-community). Thank you so much!
Currently we don't have a way to feed the Complementary Collections as convenient as datasets. You can make a PR against the root template, with the last part: https://github.com/awesomedata/apd-core/blob/master/deploy/index.mako

PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.yml is just a sample to show you how to add a data post. You should create a new file under government folder (for your case) and give merge request....
