Could you add a licence?

Hi,

I'm a student and as part of a school project I'm sizing a network of sensors that measure water levels on several points, for the city of Curitiba (Brazil). As a proof of concept, I'd like to use your code.

These sensors will probably never be implemented, and your code won't be used, but just in case, could you add a licence to your repo?
