Classic Flyers no longer extracting if speed increased
I have used ASB for years, along with Classic Flyers and the data for CF installed and never had any problems. Coming back and doing a play through now however, and I'm having two issues, one I've mostly worked around but the other I can't seem to figure out.
Any Argent I have increased movement speed levels on post tame will not extract in ASB after Exporting from the game. If I set the movement speed in the extractor to 100% then everything goes green and the levels agree which is really confusing.
If I just load the save game into ASB then it, like above, just sets the speed to 100% rather than the actual speed.
Hi,
some time ago there was an issue with the updater, so first make sure you really have the latest version (0.49.2) of Smart Breeding.
After some testing it seems applying levels to speed with the classic flyers mod in Smart Breeding doesn't change the value, only after enabling the option Settings - Multiplier - AllowFlyerSpeedLeveling (left below the stat multipliers). I'm currently not sure if that's the correct behaviour or if it should be like that even without enabling that option, but it looks like a workaround for your situation. Does that solve your issue?
Hi, just getting back from a work trip sorry for the late response. I will try that out. I guess this is a new option in the game since I last played. Wonder if there is now any real difference between using Classic Flyers or just enabling the option in game.
Anyway I will test this (enabling the option in ASB) in a few minutes and let you know. Oh to confirm I am on 0.49.2 yes.
Played with this setting on yesterday and seemed to work as expected with no noticeable side effects. It would be better if it "just worked" when Classic Flyers was enabled in settings as I'm sure this will probably confuse someone else in the future who has the setting off in game and thus the setting in ASB isn't enabled when using the game INI, but all that said it does appear to be a valid workaround.
