Autoupdate not working
The auto update feature is not working anymore and hasn't for the past couple updates. When I tell the program to continue with the update, I receive the following error:
I'm able to update outside of the program but the auto update feature used to work and was much more streamlined.
Maybe an antivirus application is checking the updater, so it can't be started? I'm not sure what else could block it.
This is still an issue. What I believe is happening is that the "asb-updater.exe" get stuck running in the background. So the error is actually reporting exactly what the problem is, and that the asb-updater is that actually already running so you can not run it again. What I do:
- Go to Task Manager
- Find asb-updater.exe
- Right-Click and choose End Process
- Then manually check for updates Now it updates just fine.
