On your screenshot it says the image has a size of 1706 x 960 px, so the configuration for 3840 x 2160 is not the correct one. Currently there's no configuration file for 1706 x 960 px. If you want to use the OCR to import creatures, consider using the export method, it's more reliable and also includes colors and ancestors.
