Possibility of defining multiple event rates

Recently there is a lot of different events - we could use possibility of defining multiple sets of rates or at lest changing rate directly in the taming calculator tab.

Actually, program could be able to read current official rates from http://arkdedicated.com/dynamicconfig.ini (it seems to be trustworthy) and use them for all calculations after selecting "current event" checkbox or something similar.
