use current tab as new tab page

There was a request to use the current tab as new tab page.

I second this option but could you also please add the history of the current tab to the new one? To do this currently, hold down the CRTL key and drag relevant tab to where you want it duplicated, then release. This also copies the history.

I don't know if it's possible but I also don't think it's a good idea. The history belongs to the tab.
