It should be possible to repair or to delete more than one bookmark at once.

I do not find any option to bulk delete all the duplicates. I have about 100 duplicates and find no way to delete all. This is the very basic feature I expect from a bookmark cleaner. Is it possible throught workarounds, maybe?

If you have bookmarks duplicates it's not really possible to say which one should be kept and which one should be removed. However, this is not related to this issue.

I agree, but why tell that #84 is duplicate of #8 ?
