fileserver: Implement `show` list

Closes #4683

I found a legitimate use for goto! 😅

Pretty self explanatory, I think. show list is checked first, if non-empty. hide now further restricts on top of that, if show didn't cause it to be hidden.

That has problems, doesn't work on Windows.

@mholt I'll need your help with this one. I think you have a different mental model for how this should work than I did, so I'm not sure how to move forwards with it.

I think I'm gonna close this as stale. It was more complicated than I could handle. I'm still not entirely sure how to solve this one.
