Liquid barrels lack compatibility with bottles containing water and fluids from other mods

Currently water bottles cannot empty into nor be filled from liquid barrels. This also applies to bottles and fluids from other mods, even if the mod has both a bottle and fluid form of a substance.

I'd like to add/request compatibility with animania milk for this as well. While it is currently possible to add milk to the barrel, you cannot get it out with a bottle (possibly because there is only 1 milk bottle in the game but 5 or 6 milk variants?)

Would be nice if "right clicking" while holding a liquid barrel was actually a thing
