Unable to Download Certain Files

Dungeons Mines and Unofficial Lux Patchhub were unable to install. Am I doing something wrong? I tried to manually download lux patchhub and it still said it's unable to download so I'm guessing it's a certain version? Everything else has went fine. I tried connecting to both cloudfare warp and proton vpn and neither changed anything. I also went through the files to make sure I didn't have to delete any half installed versions. Any help is appreciated.
