Link to GitHub repos from website

~We should link to the GitHub repositories from opendisclosure.io. This would make it much easier for potential contributors, or any curious party for that matter, to find our repos.~

~One convention is to have a little GitHub Octokat logo in the top right corner. If that's too unsightly, we could have links in the footer, or the About page. One way to simplify would be to link to only one repo, and then people can follow the link to the other repo from the first repo.~

Sorry, I just found it on the about page. We should surface it better.
