Provide direnv config at local path

Hi there,

I noticed that nix-direnv provides a really nice installation method for its direnv extension script

This allows manually adding it to the direnv configuration, without having to hardcode a specific version of the integration there. i.e. it will auto update when I update direnv, so the two always match.

Would it be possible to provide the same mechanism for devenv?

We have now devenv direnvrc that allows you customize .envrc.
