Problem with DNS name in the latest version

Hi, I installed the latest version of Cachet from Docker Hub (which was updated 11 days ago). And figured out with the next problem.

• If I use localhost - http://127.0.0.1/setup - it works

• If I use my domain name, Cachet try to set port and my URL looks like - http://example.com:8000/setup or https://example.com:8443/setup

If I open chrome developer console I see that all requests for styles sends to these URL and response it 404. And my Cachet site did not load. For the previous version (2.3.15, 2.3.14), I didn't see this problem. For these old versions, my site was successful open via domain name
