Subscribers cannot update subscription

When verifying subscription and deselect any components and click on the update subscription button, the components that were deselected get selected again. It doesn't allowed the subscriber to select any components. There are no errors showing in the inspect element window. IS there anything I can do to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for any feedback or guidance. deselected components
