Added some old code from LispWorks examples in 99eacf1d62002aab58c5631fb02c7eb859766faa. This used to work with Musique Lab 2, but this was a decade ago. In the meantime it seems like DDE got deprecated on Windows, so there might be a better way to handle this now (although LW's manual doesn't mention that). I have not been able to get it to work yet, so this code is not loaded in the exec at the moment.

Also, I am not sure that this DDE service wouldn't open a new instance of OM# for each new file opened from the explorer, which would be bad.
