training output frame size not equal to the input frame size

Hi,

Thank you for building and maintaining the amazing pipeline! One issue however that I have run into is that after processing through the training pipeline, the output frames is 1030, which is lesser than the the input frames I have (1080 frames).

The parameters I have used is as suggested (10 epochs, 6000 train dataset size, 150 xyt patch, 0.25 overlapping factor), and i have set the train dataset size to be a large number that well pass the number of frames I have (I set it to be 8000), the resulting image still have unmatch frame sizes.

If you can provide some suggestions and pointers on this issue I would be really appreciated.
