Baritone doesn't respond to Allthemodium Ores in ATM10

Open HammadAkhtar2 opened this issue 5 months ago • 5 comments

Modpack: AlltheMods 10 Issue: #mine doesnt work for the following specific ores but works for every other ore in the pack. With these ores: (AlltheModium, Vibranium and Unobtanium) baritone finds a path goes then changes path again, its having a hard time locating those ores. I tested it with a vibranium ore right next to me and gave it the #mine command but it ignored that ore and went on a random path which ultimately leads to it saying Unkown location.

I think this could be the reason. This was on the mod's wiki. So quarrys cant mine them in modpack

They register their blocks with a hardness of -1. This means its technically unbreakable, but they handle some events to fix that for players.

If they indeed make their blocks unbreakable that's annoying. Baritone uses the block hardness to calculate breaking time and whether it can break the block at all, so if the hardness is a lie there is no way for Baritone to know that it can break the block and it won't even attempt to do so. Just like normal players don't try to mine bedrock.

Same issue. Would it be possible to add a ignoreHardness setting for certain blocks, or is there already such a setting?
