let baritone walk on slab

Describe your suggestion

let baritone walk on slab placed at bottom (like half block) and placed at the top of the block (i dindn't test this so it can be already a thing) this apply to snow (not block) too

(if there's needed to separe this suggestion i will do it)

IIRC walking on top slabs and double slabs should just work while walking on bottom slabs is enabled by default (allowWalkOnBottomSlab is the setting). For snow it should consider up to 3(?) layers as passable.
