Human Readable Format in ETA Command

If you would be nice to see the ticks formatted into human readable format on a new line in the eta command.

Context

It would be nice to have, as converting ticks to hours, minutes, seconds manually can be tedious

Currently #3388 has implemented being displayed in seconds, I'm not sure if hours, and minutes are worth it.

I think if the goal is long enough it sound be in hours and minutes, otherwise you would run into the same issue (kinda) just with needing to parse seconds.
