PathEvent.canceled is sent every tick

Baritone version: 1.8.3 tested, however is most likely in other versions

How to reproduce

When using the api the CANCELED Path event is sent every tick when not pathing, instead it should just be sent once when a path is cancelled.

Isn't canceled spelt wrong as well, or at least the autocorrect is trying to correct it
