Bug with cactus in schematics

Minecraft versions: 1.15.2, 1.12.2, 1.8.9 Baritone version: Impact 0.9.3

How to reproduce

When trying to rebuild a schematic that contains cactus, baritone will always break it when standing on top. Video: https://streamable.com/kcy4kb
