Custom size tunnels don't place blocks below the tunnel

Some information

Operating system: windows 10 64bit Java version: Version 8 Update 241 (build 1.8.0_241-b07) Minecraft version: 1.15.2 Baritone version: 1.5.2 Forge mods (if used): Impact is installed (not via forge)

How to reproduce

1. Mine a custom size tunnel without some blocks below it
2. baritone will clear the tunnel space but won't place blocks below the tunnel area unlike the normal #tunnel command
