Peer Counts on Sever Wrong

seems like the peer-removed event may not be firing ever? Im getting thousands of "peers" on the message.land servers. But think it may just be adding up and not subtracting. https://github.com/cabal-club/message-land/blob/master/server/dbGateway.js#L55-L62
