Notify user on keywords in messages

Allow the user to keep a list of words that are important to them. When a message contains a keyword, send a desktop notification or some other ux that would get their attention.

This is basically the same as this one https://github.com/cabal-club/cabal-desktop/issues/37

Regarding improved notifications, should we implement notifications on the cabal level or on the channel level?

I think it would be simpler to say "notify me of these keywords on this cabal and those keywords on that cabal"
