FYI re importance of fixing this...the donor's son, Ira Kahn, has reached out to Josh Schneider asking for this to be fixed.

It also turns out there are 2 metadata facets listed on the metadata config page for each exhibit with the default label of "Description". We also need a new label...

Hi Access Team, if this is the same problem -- what can be done to further troubleshoot this so it stops happening? Indexing has failed at least 2 or 3...
