Hide navigation bar while scrolling impacts the uirefreshcontrol

Hi, I have applied your code about hide bars while scrolling. It works and thank you a lot about your sharing. Only one thing, that is my tableview also implement uirefreshcontrol and this observe somehow affect the uicontrolrefresh. Please help to give me an advice to solve this situation. Thank you a lot. :+1:
