Windows Media Player encountered a problem while downloading the file

I just downloaded this program but this problem occurs a lot. I have a dual monitor setup and so far it seems to only occur at one of them at a time (but it has appeared on both of them).

This settings solve this problem for me. Instead of the error, now i get a black screen on one of the monitor sometime.
