windows media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.

I know this is a stupidly simple installation but for whatever reason I cannot figure this out -- downloading the file. Extract the SCR file and right click to install. Have the screen saver settings pop up, hit preview, and then error message every single time no matter what. Computer restarts, update checks, WMP uninstalled/reinstalled, etc.

Hey - I was having the same issue but couldn't find a resolution still. Try the stuff suggested in #142 though and see if that helps. Waiting to see if any updates come out along with the 4k changes.

I may have a solution for all that are getting a black screen or the 0xC00D10B7 error.

Go to your windows media player options Select "Network" Make sure 'HTTP' is selected (the apple address is http)
