Move TCGA Tissue Image and pathology links to resource data format

We now have resource data as a more general way of incorporating IFrame links in data. Let's update all these TCGA study patient view links here: https://www.cbioportal.org/patient/tissueImage?sampleId=TCGA-BH-A0E6-01&studyId=brca_tcga to resource data format.

• [ ] Move over all Tissue Image slides to be resource data
• [ ] Move over all pathology report slides to resource data
• [ ] remove custom code around showing tissue image slides and pathology reports to avoid showing everything twice
