cosmic-counts API call error with keyword size larger than 50.000

An error occurs in the patient view page when the patient has more than 50.000 mutations. This is probably caused by the frontend API call for cosmic-counts ("POST","url":"//localhost:8080/api/cosmic-counts/fetch").
