Adding Contributors Section in Readme.md

There is no contributors section in Readme file. As you know Contributors are what make the open-source community such an amazing place to learn, inspire and create. Any contributions make are gently appreciated for that we need to add new section for contributors and adding to the readme file! ! Expected Outpout:

@c9s In order to have this, the easiest way is through contributors.svg generated from opencollective. I see that you already created opencollective project there, the remaining step is to add link to your github repo in opencollective, then it'll provide you a link below to have list of contributors in svg:
