C3-Bar chart Start Label from 0 to the actual value -increasing from 0 and increment to value

Is there any way in C3.js to start data labels start from 0 and increment to the value as the bar renders on the chart. labels:{format : function (v, id, i, j) { return v; }} transition: { duration: 2000 }

Using above piece of code renders chart with data labels start directly from final value . for example my data1 bar value is 60, bar chart should from 0 ,1,2...60 as the bar loads completely.
