Pie charts and graphs are not accessible with keyboard.

Repro Steps:

1. Download the provided sample application sample chart.txt file.
2. Open the downloaded application in the browser which will display the donut chart with sample data
3. Now navigate to the donut chart using “Tab Key”.
4. After donut chart receives keyboard focus, try to navigate to the chart sections using arrow keys, where the donut chart is not receiving the focus while using arrow keys.

Actual result: Users are able to activate the donut chart with mouse but not actionable with keyboard.

Expected result: Donut chart should be actionable with keyboard.
