qBittorrent Enhanced starts in paused state

What is the problem?
I have qBittorrent Enhanced installed in each of the Arch based OS's and any time a torrent is added to it in any of them it's started in paused mode. I have been through the setting and do not see where I might have accidentally set it this way.

Click a torrent Have qBitrorrent Enhanced grab it Check QBE and see the torrent is there but paused

I just checked and it's not checked, so no. I have several items that will be sent QBE automatically by Sonarr tonight. I just checked for QBE to log activity and will post the log(s) in the morning.
