What is the problem?

G口带宽，55个活动种子，上传速度上30MB/s后，webui开始无响应直接打不开，或者半天才能打开。观测网卡发现速度非常难上40MB/s,原版无此问题，两百个种子跑满带宽，而且webui响应正常。qbee配置与原版相同

Steps to reproduce

目前情况qbee与原版一起运行，qbee大概跑再25MB/s左右，原版跑在75MB/s左右，qbee一切正常。如果把原版限制一下上传速度，或者直接暂停原版内的所有种子让速给qbee，qbee的webui几秒内就开始无法链接了。直接看网卡速度，大概也就在30MB/s左右。
