Looks like a software architecture problem, arm64 version of the software should be provided.
You could try release assets.
according to https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:PhoenixEmik/qbittorrent-enhanced-edition , there are packages only for openSUSE distro variants and only for x86_64 (i.e. amd64) architecture. they are NOT compatible with RedHat family (RedHat/CentOS/Fedora). incompatibility even in packages/libraries names, not only in software versions. so, provided packages can't be used in RedHat/CentOS/Fedora, especially on arm64
I made a fedora distribution package for the aarch64 architecture myself. @Kolcha https://jenkins.gesangtome.top/job/gesangtome/job/qbittorrent-enhanced-edition/job/master/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/RPMS/aarch64/
