可以更换任务栏托盘区ICON吗

只是更换icon的话是OK的，在设置中可以自定义UI主题。但是你的描述要区分qb和qbee的托盘应该没办法做到，目前qb和qbee使用同样的配置文件。如果你在Windows环境下可以考虑把其中一个实例以便携模式运行，这样理论上是可以分开他们的配置文件的

我想 whyjxz14 说的应该是资源文件，跟原版区别开来，好比 name/UA。 其实如果可以的话，也不宜使用原版的配置位置，添加一个配置迁移助手 (双向) 应该可以解决兼容性问题，避免双开到同一个配置。

搜索了源码，第二个图标是没有直接应用到最终构建的，打包主题时需要修改的是其它三个。

其实还是建议直接修改仓库资源文件，加个标志 (比如 e) 以区别于原版。
