MDView can not open md file

For latest edition, mdview.exe (located in bin\windows\x32) can not open .md file, but open html file is ok.

It's work after I rebuild mdview.exe using quark.

I have the same problem，but when I run this demo in Win10, it will be OK. This bug appears in win7 when i run the uSciter.exe and click the Help button. mdview will open the folder but don't display any contents
