Support multiple decks in a single doc

Should support multiple decks in a single file. Using similar syntax to org_to_anki

This has issues to do with managing cards in subdecks. Need to ensure a cards location is updated for a multi level deck

Amazing addon, is this feature possible now? Somewhat new to GitHub so sorry if the answer is obvious based on the issue status. Being able to have multiple subdecks in a single doc would be extremely helpful as it makes studying subsets of cards much easier than with tags.

I just have the issue open as a get to one day tbh. It has been a while since I have thought about it so I'm not really sure but will have proper look into it over the next few weeks!
