To better move on laptop, add an option to change the behavior of left and right arrows to rotate the camera instead of moving the position.

I have customized the keyboard-controls component this way in a project already, it's far better to use on laptop. I propose to add an option to keyboard-controls to change the behavior of left and right arrows. Should it be the new default?

Add a +1 reaction to the comment if you want that as the default. -1 if you want to keep as it is by default.

Thanks @timriker for the comment. For the scope of this issue, I'll keep only the left and right arrows behavior that can be customized, without changing the current default. The main use case for me was non gamer people using a laptop. For more advanced customization, we'll discuss it in #424.
