URLs of videos on www.bilibili.com are wrong. For example, all the URLs generated by yi-note will open the first lecture and the timestamps are also invalid.

Sorry. I've tried your solution. but it didn't work. If I choose which lecture to play, it will work and all the notes about that lecture are just there. But from the generated URLs I can't open the correct lecture directly. All the generated URLs just jump to the beginning of the first lecture of the list.
