Add visual bookmarks in the timeline

I found another extension, Smart Bookmarks for YouTube: Productivity Up - Chrome Web Store

That adds cues in the timeline of the video for the bookmarks, and also shortcuts to jump to before and after bookmarks in the video timeline. I found that very useful and could be implemented in yi-note.

@gmmazza Thanks for the suggestion!Unfortunately, I am not planning to add features like this to YiNote as it will introduce tremendous maintenance work, like support it for platforms other than youtube, keep making changes if the host page (youtube or other platforms) change any selector rules on page.

Also, as the YiNote is an open source project, you can always fork the repo, then make customized change to fit your needs.
