lightseq cuda, torch version

hello team, could you please add some details about the package requirements? like the version of Cuda, the version of the torch. Thank you!

I use gcc7.2, torch 1.8, cuda 11.2. Hope it helps

The training module should follow torch requirements, that is if you can run torch, lightseq training should work. Inference module requirements are in inference/README, including the driver requirement.
