libtpa是否支持其他非Mellanox网卡？

Mellanox网卡天然支持流分叉； 对于其他的非Mellanox网卡，比如，intel 和博通的网卡，困难在哪里？使用SR-IOV来进行流量分叉的复杂度怎么样？ 了解到PF导流到VF是通过mac来进行导流，好像也无法在PF上通过 ethtool 来配置FDIR规则导流到 VF，然后VF的多个queue之间通过RSS来负载均衡，目前这个好像还无法实现？
