Plans to support Android for linux_raw backend?

Currently rustix is using the libc backend for Android targets. Are there goals to add full support of linux_raw backed on Android?

No, the feedback I've heard from people who work with Android is that bypassing libc on Android is some combination of discouraged and unsupported.
