[improve]: Emphasize odd rows in list views

Improvement target

User interface views that display results in the list should differentiate odd and even rows. Particular views like All Projects, if workflows are expanded are quite difficult to anticipate.

Improvement description

UX improvement is:

• invert even row white background to rgba(243, 244, 246)
• invert even rgba(243, 244, 246) background around project version to white
• odd rows should remain styling as it is now
• make sure that background of project's nested expanded workflows inherits project row styling
• make sure that hoover functionality is preserved (hoover-ed background color seems to work fine) See image: Apply same in other views like All connections or All Executions:
