Localization Support?

Hello Ben,

thank you for your notification script, it's works and it's very usefull for me. but I need use it for my customers from Czechia. I can translate directly, but better is implementing of support of translation for some ui texts ...

do you have any plan for support of localization? I think some of external file with locale for specific language and posibility of configuration target language or detection in OS and use of OS language ...
