[Bug]: Can't do shit in Startup Services

What happened?

Yet again there's no way of doing anything other than Refreshing the list.

Expected Behavior

someway of interacting with the services, i.e turning them off or on. also tbh the services mechanism is far more complex than on/off so perhaps a context menu where the properties for said service are opened, or at least some way to interact between Automatic, Automatic (Delayed Start), Manual and Disabled.
